Manager
Rosemary is our incredible Manager and the heart of Jim’s Self Storage, with 22 years of experience and dedication under her belt, 20 of those years here at Jim’s! A true master of her craft, she lives and breathes storage, there’s no one better at finding the perfect unit size for your needs. In 2023, her outstanding work was recognised when she was awarded the Self Storage Association of Australasia’s Manager of the Year. Beyond the office, Rosemary is a proud grandmother and great-grandmother, cherishing time with her family, including her twin granddaughters and twin great-grandsons. Her warmth, wisdom, and passion make her a true gem of our team.
Jess
Assistant Manager
Jess is our caring and creative Assistant Manager and has been a valued part of the Jim’s Self Storage team for seven years. With a genuine passion for helping people, Jess goes above and beyond to support customers, not only with their storage needs but also by drawing on her extensive knowledge of local organisations and programs to assist anyone in need. As a proud mum to 22-year-old twins and a 15-year-old son, all with additional needs, Jess brings empathy, resilience, and understanding to everything she does. She’s also Essendon crazy, a true footy fanatic, and loves travelling, walking, and hiking in the great outdoors. Jess’s warmth and dedication make her a cherished member of our team.
Stephen
Sales Manager
Stephen is our fun and outgoing Sales Manager. He has been lighting up the office with his infectious smile for over eight years now. Born in Darwin, he moved to Melbourne 21 years ago while working for a camper van company. He is your go-to guy for any travel trips, knowing first-hand, the must-see hidden gems across Australia. When he’s not helping customers find the perfect storage solution or perfect holiday destination, you’ll find him in his Lego room at home building epic Star Wars creations, or at his local triathlon club. His energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm make him a favourite with both customers and the team.
Fiona
Storage Consultant
Fiona is one of the newest members of our team, having joined us nearly a year ago she’s already become an integral part of our Jim’s Self Storage family. Embracing a completely new field of work, Fiona has thrived with her eagerness to learn and her natural warmth with customers. Always smiling and ready to help, she brings a positive energy to every day. Outside of work, Fiona loves spending quality time with her husband and their three children. She also enjoys the simple pleasures of fishing, gardening and making the most of time outdoors with her loved ones.
Lisa
Facility Cleaner
Meet Lisa, our dedicated cleaner who brings warmth and care to every corner of our space. A former chef with 20 years of culinary experience, Lisa has an incredible eye for detail and a strong work ethic. She’s also a twin, which adds a fun twist to her already vibrant personality! When she’s not keeping things spotless, you’ll find her tending to her garden or getting creative with a paintbrush, her love for nature and art shines through in everything she does.
Ivor Morgan
General Manager
Ivor is our General Manager and a true cornerstone of Jim’s Self Storage. He’s been with the business since its humble beginnings, playing a key role in building and expanding it into the trusted name it is today. A proud local from Williamstown, Ivor has worked hard to maintain the strong family values and welcoming feel that define our business. Passionate about community and the outdoors, he loves kayaking and is actively involved in surf life saving, something he’s passed on to his three children, who are also deeply engaged in the movement. Ivor’s leadership and dedication to the Self Storage Industry have been further demonstrated through his 6 years of service on the Board for the Self Storage Association of Australasia, including over 3 years as Chairman.

Jim and Barbara (OAM) are the proud owners and founders of Jim’s Self Storage, which they started over 30 years ago, with their son Ivor. An engineer by trade, Jim had the vision to transform an old migrant hostel into a thriving self storage facility. As Williamstown locals, they are passionate about supporting their community and building lasting connections. From day one, Jim placed a strong emphasis on security, cleanliness, and making every customer feel like part of the family, values that continue to be the foundation of our business today. His dedication and foresight laid the foundation for the welcoming, trusted environment we’re proud to offer.
