We only needed storage for 3 days as there was a change in our moving date. Rose was empathetic and arranged a great price for us at very short notice. Excellent, tidy and secure unit. Rose went above and beyond for us! If we ever need storage again we will definitely go back there because of her. Keep up the great work 👍🏼

The staff at Jim's Self Storage are very helpful and understanding when it comes to moving house and self storage. After my Son passed I had nowhere to store his belongings til I went online and found "Jim Self Storage" Williamstown. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Storage to you (Public) as I'm sure others that use them would. I used a storage unit at Jim's Self Storage as a warehouse for my small business for around two years. The staff at Jim's were always helpful and well informed, from when I chose my first unit, to when I got myself locked out! When I needed additional space at short notice, they were able to help me with the most economical and convenient solution. The storage units are kept clean, are easily accessible and I felt very confident about the security of my goods and myself when accessing the unit. I'm sure I will have the need of another storage unit at some time in the near future and I won't hesitate to return to Jim's.

Excellent customer service by friendly can do staff. Could not be happier with the service at Jim’s Storage in Williamstown, they were able to accommodate my Caravan last minute which allowed me to sell it locally.

- Excellent, knowledgeable, andempathic staff were constantly welcoming and accommodating.

- Service included the use of an on-site trailer for your convenience. I used this multiple times for a variety of reasons and staff were always helpful with this.

I only discontinued because I moved. Will absolutely use in future if/when needed.

Clean facilities, clear instructions, and really friendly professional staff. I rented a unit here while we staged our home for sale and inspections before moving, and every interaction I had was great. They also had cleaning solution and paper towels readily available to wipe down trolleys throughout the pandemic, plus clear signage about masking up. My husband also used this facility over a decade ago, and the quality was of the same excellence. It's good to know that their service has been this way for so long. I felt very comfortable leaving my possessions here and I will enthusiastically recommend this facility to friends and family who are looking for local storage.

My Saviour "Rosemary" would have to be the most caring, compassionate, understanding & helpful person i have come across in customer service. All staff there are accommodating to all your needs, are professional & friendly.
