I would highly recommend Jim's Storage in Williamstown. In all the years we had a storage facilty up until very recently, we had no issues at all. The facility is managed very well...it's always clean, staff are very helpful, professional, courteous and really nice people to deal with.

Excellent customer service by friendly can do staff. Could not be happier with the service at Jim’s Storage in Williamstown, they were able to accommodate my Caravan last minute which allowed me to sell it locally.

Stephen and Rosemary are some of the loveliest and most helpful people you’ll come across. Couldn’t be happier with how they’ve looked after me, even trying to work out ways I could save money by consolidating my two units into one unit that would cost less money. They are absolute legends.

We only needed storage for 3 days as there was a change in our moving date. Rose was empathetic and arranged a great price for us at very short notice. Excellent, tidy and secure unit. Rose went above and beyond for us! If we ever need storage again we will definitely go back there because of her. Keep up the great work 👍🏼

Staff were very helpful & all should put in for pay rise & extra holiday time because they deserve it! If ever I need storage I won't go past Jim's self storage places? Fantastic storage facility. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly and know they’re stuff. I thought I needed a bigger unit to store my things, but Jess assured me I needed the smaller one. I’m so glad I took her advice as the smaller unit was not only ample, it has saved me $$$ every month.

Clean facilities, clear instructions, and really friendly professional staff. I rented a unit here while we staged our home for sale and inspections before moving, and every interaction I had was great. They also had cleaning solution and paper towels readily available to wipe down trolleys throughout the pandemic, plus clear signage about masking up. My husband also used this facility over a decade ago, and the quality was of the same excellence. It's good to know that their service has been this way for so long. I felt very comfortable leaving my possessions here and I will enthusiastically recommend this facility to friends and family who are looking for local storage.

I used a storage unit at Jim's Self Storage as a warehouse for my small business for around two years. The staff at Jim's were always helpful and well informed, from when I chose my first unit, to when I got myself locked out! When I needed additional space at short notice, they were able to help me with the most economical and convenient solution. The storage units are kept clean, are easily accessible and I felt very confident about the security of my goods and myself when accessing the unit. I'm sure I will have the need of another storage unit at some time in the near future and I won't hesitate to return to Jim's.
