I needed the services of a storage facility and after checking around found Jim's Storage on Kororoit Creek Road, Williamstown North. Staff were extremely helpful, cost quite reasonable, free use of their trailer a bonus, and the facility excellent. Oh, did I say the staff were helpful? Yes, great.

My Saviour "Rosemary" would have to be the most caring, compassionate, understanding & helpful person i have come across in customer service. All staff there are accommodating to all your needs, are professional & friendly.
The well kept premises is honestly faultless, always very clean & was very quick to introduce change of hygiene due to the Covid-19 pandemic

I’ve stored with Jim’s for about three years. I rarely need any help but the few times I have, I had very good service and a friendly voice on the phone. I went in there last week because I’d lost my key and they were great. The gentleman gave me two options and offered to get it all sorted for me. Very happy.

Putting my house into storage was a massive step for me and I was very nervous. Rosemary, Ada and Stephen have been so supportive and their service faultless.

Rosemary and Ada were able to sort through my crazy description and provide me with the PERFECT size of unit and being able to use the trailer free of charge a number of times has helped me too.

Clean facilities, clear instructions, and really friendly professional staff. I rented a unit here while we staged our home for sale and inspections before moving, and every interaction I had was great. They also had cleaning solution and paper towels readily available to wipe down trolleys throughout the pandemic, plus clear signage about masking up. My husband also used this facility over a decade ago, and the quality was of the same excellence. It's good to know that their service has been this way for so long. I felt very comfortable leaving my possessions here and I will enthusiastically recommend this facility to friends and family who are looking for local storage.
