Hands down the best storage facility. We moved here from Egans when it closed. We had a relatively large ground floor unit near the office. Super clean. Well lit. Lovely staff. 24 hour access. Trolleys available. Wonderful operation!

When we needed more space. It took just 1 day to arrange the unit right next to my existing one so all items were in the same place and at a reduced price!
The free trailer hire is a massive plus and the team were accommodating on every occasion - even last minute bookings.
I’d only use Jim’s Williamstown for future storage needs.

We used three different sized units in this storage facility over several years. The facility was clean, well maintained and well managed. And the staff, particularly Rosemary and Stephen, were excellent. They regularly went the extra distance to make our experience very very good. Highly recommended.
